Tasting notes:

Toucan Session IPA - Kicking back under the palm trees shooting the breeze, this Session IPA is sure to please. Bold in flavour at 4.5% with notes of lime and tropical fruit with a slight hazy appearance. Remember, Toucans are better than one.

HOPS – Citra, Mosaic, Amarillo & Galaxy.

Pilsner - Surry Hills is full of interesting  characters and our award winning Pilsner has a character all its own. Inspired by our home suburb, it’s a typical Czech style with a spicy and subtle malt backbone.

Hops: Saaz

Dark Lager - 

Darlinghurst has always been a suburb of contrasts, and this Dark Lager is no different. Perfect through Winter and refreshing in Summer. Chocolate and coffee notes abound with a toasty nuttiness and smooth finish.

HOPS – Saaz

East Coast IPA - 

With a nod to the fruit-forward IPA’s of East Coast USA, this laid back Aussie brew has aromas of citrus & tropical fruits, with hints of pine. Perfectly capturing our idyllic coastal lifestyle, it’s always getting wave reviews.

HOPS – Simcoe, Magnum, Galaxy, Amarilla & Citra.
