Shipping policy

1. Order by 5pm for $15 next day deliver. We deliver across The Hills, North Shore, Lower North Shore, City and Inner West, please see suburbs listed below. Minimum $44 purchase for local delivery ($35 delivery will be applied to all orders under $44). 

2. Check we deliver to your suburb by entering your postcode on the cart page.  If your suburb is not included please enquire so we can advise you of the delivery fee applicable. 

3. If you have a specific time request please include this in the booking notes. 

4. Please note that if there is no one home to receive your delivery, and we have not been given permission to leave, the order will return to our kitchen and a re delivery fee of $25 will be charged. Please provide a mobile contact number of the recipient so they can be contacted by our drivers. If the driver has departed without leaving the order, and is no more than 5km away when contacted, we will return FOC. For townhouses and units, it is unlikely that we are able to find a safe place to leave your order, it is more than likely that your order will return to the kitchen for despatch at a later time or date, $25 fee applies. 

5. Our food is not delivered in insulated cartons, we use onboard refrigeration to keep your food at safe temperatures. This means that as soon as the package leaves our vehicle it should be refrigerated within 30 minutes of arrival at your nominated address. We take no responsibility for food spoilage after the delivery has been received. 

6. If an incorrect address is provided and our driver needs to re route, a $25 fee will be charged, if the new address is more than 5km from the initial address. Failure for us to be able to re route the order will mean its return to the kitchen and a re delivery fee of $25 will be applied to re despatch the order at a later time or date.
