Complete Seafood Platter

Our online store is available for orders from Wednesday to Saturday every week. Please note that for all bookings Sunday to Tuesday, please email or complete an enquiry form. 

A platter meant for sharing. Grazing with afternoon drinks would be easy with this platter designed to wow your nearest and dearest. 

Disposable plates, cutlery & napkins are available here. Serving utensils can be hired, please enquire when ordering.

Small caters for 4 grazing or 2 substantial ( PICTURED) 

Medium caters for 8 grazing or 4 substantial

Large caters for 16 grazing or 8 substantial 

Please provide a time that you would like this platter delivered. We aim to deliver no more than 1 hour prior to your guest arrival, for food safety reasons. Our platters are too large to be refrigerated in a household fridge. Alternatively we can arrange the ingredients in our Kraft boxes and you can arrange them on your own platters. 

Please note, price includes collection of platter (the following day, or as arranged). Delivery fees apply at checkout dependent on suburb. 

All seafood is collected fresh from the Sydney Fish Markets on the morning of delivery, packaged and then delivered to you on ice ready for your day out on the harbour. This product will come with a 2 day shelf life when refrigerated at all times within that 48 hour period. 

Please inform us which oysters you would prefer: Sydney Rocks or Pacifics. If no request is made, we will automatically send the best variety for the season. 

Extra fish and seafood products can be requested but are subject to availability and will be an additional cost at market price. 

Please note that the sourdough will be delivered whole and will need slicing. Please inform us if you require it to be sliced. 

Our Complete Seafood Platter may contain the following dependent on the size ordered: prawns, oysters, smoked salmon, bugs & salmon caviar. The basics to get your feast started with a bang. The platters contain the following amounts:

Small - 1 dozen NSW oysters, 1kg cooked QLD prawns(about 30 prawns), 100g TAS smoked salmon

Medium - 2 dozen NSW oysters, 2kg QLD prawns(about 60 prawns), 250g TAS smoked salmon & 2 cooked bugs

Large - 3 dozen NSW oysters, 2kg QLD prawns(about 60 prawns), 500g TAS smoked salmon, 1 Sydney rock lobster, 4 cooked bugs & 100g TAS salmon caviar 

All produce is proudly Australian grown
