A riff on the classic Paloma cocktail born in the Mexican town of Tequila, Jalisco in the 1950's, the Palomita (Spanish for 'little dove') is a tequila spiked grapefruit soda with a splash of sparkling wine and a sprinkle of salt.

Serving suggestion

Enjoy ice cold from the bottle, or in a tall glass with ice and a wedge of fresh lime
