An elegant, boozy cocktail that dates back to the 1870s. Rich with vermouth and with Rye's spicy kick, the Manhattan is a comparative unsung hero and arguably our favourite of the four.
Serving suggestion
Pour into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.

Store at room temperature, serve chilled (ideal temp -5 to -7°C)
