we grow it on chris walls kywarra vineyard on the western side of orange, at an altitude of about 850m. it's not uncommon for this site to experience snow, but frost never seems to be an issue so it is an ideal cool climate site.

try this full bodied off dry pinot gris in its youth, with food that has a bit of spice about it.
