The classic Bellini recipe is a mix of white peach purée and Prosecco. Like the best classic cocktails, it’s incredibly simple, and entirely satisfying. The Everleigh Bottling Co. Bellini is a carbonated cocktail that marries fresh peach, grape juice, and verjus to create an expertly balanced alcohol-free ready-to-drink bottled cocktail.
