PLEASE NOTE THIS PRODUCT REQUIRES MORE THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE - ORDERS RECEIVED THE DAY BEFORE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO BE SUPPLIED. YOU WILL BE CONTACTED IF NECESSARY. 

All seafood is collected fresh from the Sydney Fish Markets. This product will come with a 2 day shelf life when refrigerated at all times within that 48 hour period. 

Disposable plates, cutlery & napkins are available here. 

Please inform us which oysters you would prefer: Sydney Rocks or Pacifics. If no request is made, we will automatically send the best variety for the season. 

Extra fish and seafood products can be requested but are subject to availability and will be an additional cost at market price. 

Our Signature Seafood Platter box contains prawns, oysters, smoked salmon, bugs & salmon caviar. The basics to get your feast started with a bang. The platters contain the following amounts:

• Small - 1 dozen NSW oysters, 1kg cooked QLD prawns(about 30 prawns), 100g Pialligo Estate smoked salmon
• Medium - 2 dozen NSW oysters, 2kg QLD prawns(about 60 prawns), 250g Pialligo Estate smoked salmon & 2 cooked bugs
• Large -  3 dozen NSW oysters, 2kg QLD prawns(about 60 prawns), 500g Pialligo Estate smoked salmon, 1 Sydney rock lobster, 4 cooked bugs & 100g TAS salmon caviar 

All produce is Australian

Please note someone will need to be home to receive all deliveries as our products are perishable.
