This beautiful sourdough is made by a chef colleague of mine. Johannes' Austrian heritage shines through in this European style, light rye sourdough. As COVID hit, he has turned his knowledge of baking and crafted his own starter. The resulting sourdough is delicious and a perfect carrier for our cheese & cured meats.
